the staff were very-very nice and had a sense of humour. we booked a clean room with comfortable bed, everything was nice.

The room was gorgeous and wonderful with a bidet and even a bidet in the private bathroom. Everything here was modern. The location was quiet, so close to the outskirts of Alcobaca town, the center between Alcobaça and a forest, which had an allegedly circular walk according to the board, in a tranquil area. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby.

Bad indications for Your Hotel

It's located in a quiet neighborhood. We do recommend it to those visiting Alcobaca. Our experience was great. 400 feet from the hotel you'll find Restaurante Sentidos, you'll definitely enjoy your meal.

The weather was warm and sunny during our vacation, which made our stay very pleasant. the hotel is centrally located in a peaceful area. We enjoyed dining at a pretty good restaurant for both dinner and lunch.

It was furnished in very good taste.

Orange juice and coffee were not so good.

When we arrived, none of our rooms had bathroom linen (towels, bathrobe and flip-flops), which is necessary to walk around and enjoy the spa and pool. It was fixed right after a call to the reception desk.

The restaurant was amazing for dinner and lunch, we ordered hot dishes; the staff were polite, and the setting was great and gorgeous.

The hotel is really quiet, the design is great, very good breakfast buffet (although they are not very swift in keeping the "stock"). The area is really "green", the air is increadibly clean, and it's really close both to the historic center of Alcobaca (definitely worth the visit) and to several beaches (like Nazaré). Recepcion lady Rute was always great. Will certainly come back.

The water in both pools of the Spa was too cold. My partner did not enjoy the spa at all because of this. There were days were the room was really well cleaned, and days that it wasn't all that clean. Some staff in the Spa, is kind of "slow".

As trekkers and a group of friends, we were thrilled with the large swimming pool and natural beauty of the grounds. the wellness center and spa treatment options were a dream after our long days of trekking. the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Felt like part of the family, no need for complaints.
